If you don’t see your specific key model on our website, it’s likely for one of two reasons: I may not have uploaded the photo yet, or it might be a model I don’t yet have a mold for.

In either case, please send me an email/ or chatbox with a photo of your key. If it’s a model that is new to me, I am happy to order one from my supplier to create a perfectly fitted, custom case for you.

We have a dedicated “User Guide” section on our website with detailed instructional videos. These guides cover everything from product assembly and attaching accessories to proper care and maintenance for your leather goods.

Of course! You can definitely use our designs even if you already have a live website. We do recommend creating a staging environment with a duplicate of your website to avoid any loss of important data. Additionally, we offer a special installation service that you can add during checkout for added convenience.

Absolutely! We offer a few options for logo personalization:
1. Stamping / Debossing:

Common Logos: For common logos, such as car manufacturer emblems, we can typically do this free of charge.
Personal Logos: For a unique personal or business logo, we need to create a custom brass stamp. This requires a one-time setup fee (usually $15-25).

2. Laser Engraving:

As a free alternative, we can laser-engrave your logo.
However, please be aware that this method only produces a black-colored mark (as it burns the leather surface) and is not compatible with all leather types.

Absolutely! You have full control to customize everything using the native Flatsome options and basic CSS. Plus, our guided video tutorials will make it a breeze for you to edit the layout according to your branding.
