Yes, all our products are individually crafted, and we can customize them according to your specifications. Some special requests may incur additional fees, which will be communicated before you place an order.
All products are handmade from genuine cowhide, crocodile, ostrich or some other type of leather, but all are natural real leather.
In case of using a part of artificial leather or the product is made from artificial leather, this information will be specifically stated in the product description.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, each order is a unique and individual creation. We require 3-7 business days for production, quality checks, packaging, and then dispatch.
We use domestic and international shipping services such as USPS, FedEx, DHL, and other carriers depending on your country. Shipping times vary based on your local postal service.

EU: 10-15 business days
ASIA: 7-15 business days
We may refuse to ship to regions with war, natural disasters, or remote islands due to limited transportation and high risk of loss.

Yes, you can cancel your order if the request is made within 30 hours of placing the order. Beyond this timeframe, we regret to inform you that cancellations are not possible, as the cut leather pieces cannot be reattached.
