At LeatherSwift, we strive to offer competitive and transparent shipping rates. Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, weight, and dimensions of your order. During the checkout process, you will be provided with the shipping options and costs before completing your purchase. We offer standard and expedited shipping options to cater to your needs. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly indicated on our website.

Rest of the world : $18.95
When does my order arrive?
The delivery time of your order depends on the shipping method selected and your location. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with the estimated delivery date. Typical delivery times are as follows:
- Standard Shipping: 5-8 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
- International Shipping: 7-20 business days
Please note that processing times for custom or personalized items may be longer. We work diligently to ensure that your handcrafted leather products arrive as quickly as possible.
What happens when I’m not at home?
If you are not at home when your package arrives, the delivery carrier will follow their standard procedure:
- Delivery Attempt: The carrier may attempt to deliver the package to a secure location, such as a porch or mailbox.
- Notification: If the package requires a signature or cannot be left securely, the carrier will leave a notice with instructions on how to reschedule the delivery or pick up the package from a local facility.
- Rescheduling: Follow the instructions on the notice to reschedule delivery at a convenient time or arrange for pickup.
For added convenience, you may also contact the carrier directly to provide delivery instructions or authorize delivery without a signature.
Please note that if multiple delivery attempts are unsuccessful due to the customer not being at home or deliberately refusing to accept the package, and the package is returned to us or lost at the local postal facility, LeatherSwift will not be held responsible. In such cases, the order will not be eligible for a refund or exchange, and the customer will bear full responsibility for the situation.
How to cancel my order
If you need to cancel your order, please act quickly to ensure it can be stopped before processing:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at hi@leatherswift.com with your order number and cancellation request as soon as possible, and no later than 24 hours after placing your order.
- Order Status: If your order has not yet been processed within the 24-hour window, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. You will receive a confirmation email once the cancellation is complete.
- Processed Orders: If your order has already been processed or shipped after the 24-hour window, we will be unable to cancel it. In such cases, you may follow our return policy to return the item once it is delivered.
Please note that due to our commitment to prompt production and shipping, orders cannot be canceled after 24 hours from the time of purchase. We understand that changes in plans happen, and we will do our best to assist you in managing your order within the given timeframe.
